The proposal was made by the young people's representatives at the meeting with the delegation of the National People's Congress. 13 people from the Celestial came over to become acquainted with Russian officials. There are deputies, mayors, employees of the Embassy of the PRC and even rectors of schools among them.
Heads of regions report that they are already working with colleagues from China. For example, 10 meetings with representatives of the PRC were held in Yekaterinburg and a number of agreements have also been concluded there in 3 years. More than 120 companies took part in the international exhibition «Innoprom». According to senators, holding vernissages only strengthens relations. To this day, this is one of the forms of promoting people's diplomacy.
Also, education and modern technology. Moscow deputy Yevgeny Timonin suggested creating a separate closed online platform for legislators. After the first meeting, they decided to manage the so-called Coordination Council, an initiative group of young law-makers. It is assumed that they will share the legislative ideas of Russia and China.
