ArkadyDvorkovich Urges Russia and India to Develop Innovative Technologies

During the Indian-Russian Startup Summit at the SkolkovoTechnopark, ArkadyDvorkovich, the Chairman of the Skolkovo Foundation, urged the Russian and the Indian scientists and technology designers to develop relationships in the area of innovative technologies. Dvorkovich sees great potential in joint development in the field of biotechnology, medicine, pharmaceuticals, artificial intelligence and big data. Innovation ecosystems created by the Skolkovo Foundation can become a platform for the work, as reported by Sibnovosti.ru with reference to TASS.

We need to focus on building common approaches to cooperation, as well as on creating common standards in the new, digital economy. I believe that we can expand cooperation in the area of biotechnology, medicine, pharmaceuticals, as well as projects in the field of artificial intelligence and big data,” said Dvorkovich. Igor Drozdov, the Chairman of the Board of the Skolkovo Foundation, noted that the residents of the techno park successfully carry out their projects, which includes entry into international market, too.

“The main achievement is the creation of a huge portfolio of innovative projects by two thousand resident companies. Two and a half hundred of them are already working on the international market. And several companies, which carry out the developments in the space and energy efficient technologies sectors, have entered the Indian market,” Igor Drozdov says, as reported by TASS.
