From history, we understand that at the end of World War II, every family in Russia lost at least one of its members. The brave soldiers and countrymen of Russia have sacrificed their life not only for their own country but for the World and entire Humanity. They indeed are not only warriors of Russia but the warriors of the world and warriors of mankind. Their memories will be living forever in the form of trees that we are planting today. The University is finding it an honour to join hands with the Russian House, Chennai in this noble cause".
This garden will grow and the memory of Russians, Indians and others who lost their lives in the fight against evil will be perpetuated
