Investment in China's high-tech industries grows 10.6% year-on-year

China's industry shows significant progress in the first half of 2024, emphasising high-tech, intelligent, and environmentally friendly industries. This is reported by CCTV+, a partner of TV BRICS.

China's high-tech sector grew by 8.7 per cent year-on-year in the first six months of 2024. New products and emerging industries, such as 3D printers, service robots, and smart watches, contributed to this growth.

According to the source, digital infrastructure is developing dynamically. By May 2024, 460,000 new 5G stations will have been built, and more than 10 smart data centres are planned.

Experts note that China is focusing its efforts on developing smart and environmentally friendly technologies to ensure sustainable and high-tech growth.
