The Russian Federation has the richest gas reserves in the world

Gazprom head Alexey Miller announced that Russia has the world's largest gas reserves, writes RIA Novosti.

The energy company head stressed that the country will not face a shortage of natural gas for many years. “We won't have problems with our stocks for the next hundred years,” Miller said at the annual general meeting of the International Business Congress.

In addition, the head of the state corporation added that some fields being developed in Yamal will function until 2132.
