The Brazilian minister will also attend the BRICS Foreign Ministers' Meeting
The meeting of Brazilian Foreign Minister, Carlos Alberto Franco França, and his Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov, will take place on Wednesday, September 21, on the sidelines of the General Assembly (UNGA), as reported by TASS, citing information received from diplomats accompanying the Brazilian minister on his trip to the UNGA in New York.
It is reported that França will also attend a meeting of the heads of diplomatic missions of the BRICS member states. The event, like the previous one, is scheduled for Wednesday.
In addition, the Brazilian Foreign Minister is expected to attend the trilateral talks in the IBSA (India, Brazil, South Africa) format.
