Russian regions to show programme about Mozambique
The series of TV programmes "Charm of Mozambique," created by Mozambique’s Public Television (Televisão de Moçambique, TVM) and prepared for broadcast in Russia by the TV BRICS International Media Network, will air on regional TV channels.
The project "Charm of Mozambique" explores the history, landmarks, and cultural characteristics of the Republic of Mozambique. It offers viewers a glimpse into life in Maputo, the capital of Mozambique, as well as the unique nature and culture of various regions of the country, including Govuro, Vilankulo, Marracuene, and Monapo.
Episodes will be broadcast on the channel Mordovia 24 starting 9 January, every Thursday at 7:00 PM Moscow time, and on 10 Kanal (10 Channel) in Saransk starting 10 January, every Friday at 5:00 PM Moscow time.
“Viewers of our channels are naturally interested in content that introduces them to the cultures of BRICS countries. This is evident from the spike in traffic during the broadcast of TV BRICS Hour on our streaming service. During this programme, viewership increases by 10-15 per cent depending on the season. The most in-demand content includes documentaries, journalistic programmes, and travel-based storytelling. I am confident that the new series "Charm of Mozambique" will perform well on air and achieve good results”![]()
