The most protected place from coronavirus in the world was named

However, it is difficult for an ordinary person to get there

The International Space Station (ISS) is the most protected place in the world from coronavirus. This is the opinion of Anatoly Ivanishin, a cosmonaut, and Christopher Cassidy, his partner from the United States, reports tvbrics.com with reference to Interfax.

Astronaut Cassidy said that the Soyuz MS-16 crew was feeling well and was under the close attention of doctors. In turn, cosmonaut Ivan Wagner called on the people to remain calm. "Don't panic and take care of your nerves, you will need them," he said.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the cosmonaut training regime was changed, increasing the degree of isolation. Soyuz MS-16 crew members sent to Baikonur are regularly checked for diseases.

Moreover, cosmonauts are not allowed to leave the area. Even visits to the Kremlin wall and Sergei Korolev's house were canceled for reasons of security, due to the coronavirus epidemic.

Soyuz MS-16 flight to the ISS is scheduled for April 9, 2020. It is planned to launch MTV Soyuz MS for the second time using Soyuz-2.1a launch vehicle from Baikonur launching area, and for the first time with cosmonauts on board.
