TV BRICS is to broadcast the film "Burning snow" in English in honor of the 75th anniversary of the Victory

TV BRICS and the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of South Africa will host an online premiere of the feature film "Burning snow" in English in honor of the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

The famous film adaptation of the novel by Yuri Bondarev will be available to the English-speaking audience in a dubbed translation. The online premiere of the 1972 film by Mosfilm studio in English will introduce foreign viewers to the history of the Great Patriotic War.

The film tells about one of the episodes of the battle on the outskirts of Stalingrad, namely the Kotelnikovskaya defensive operation, in which the fortitude and strength of spirit of Soviet soldiers were fully displayed.

Starring: Georgiy Zhzhenov, Anatoly Kuznetsov, Vadim Spiridonov, Boris Tokarev, Nikolai Eremenko (Jr.) and other prominent Soviet artists. Directed by Gabriel Egiazarov.

The film will be available in English on tvbrics.com on May 9th.
