TV BRICS reached the finals of the All-Russian TV Award CAPITAL

TV BRICS International Media Network has reached the finals of the All-Russian TV Award "CAPITAL". In 2023 it will be held for the fifth time.

The purpose of the award is to encourage the most outstanding TV programmes and TV journalists covering business and entrepreneurship topics on Russian television.

This year, the award has new categories: Digital Project – video projects posted on the Internet (on websites, online platforms, and Telegram channels), and Best Corporate Media Project – video stories and corporate media programmes about the social responsibility of business.

In the Digital Project category, TV BRICS presented a special report "Women's Entrepreneurship in the BRICS countries".

According to publicly available data, today approximately every third growing company on the planet is in women's hands. Over 140 million women have become investors. The BRICS countries both illustrate the trend and support it through special programmes within the association. Which sectors of the economy are attracting the attention of women entrepreneurs? And how do they influence the global GDP? The answers to these questions are in real success stories told in a special report by the Media Network.

The winners of the "CAPITAL" award will be chosen by an expert council consisting of members of the Academy of Russian Television, well-known TV presenters, journalists, economists and media industry professionals.

The names of the winners in 11 categories will be announced on 24 November at an award ceremony to be held in Ufa, the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
