TV BRICS to collaborate with CCTV to cover the Olympics

Viewers and readers will be watching on-site broadcasts and news coverage

TV BRICS has reached a new level of cooperation with the Olympic television channel CCTV - the media companies will produce news reports on the Beijing Olympics, while CCTV+ correspondents will provide on-site broadcasts. In addition, the editorial office of TV BRICS partner in China will prepare special materials on request of the Russian editorial office of TV BRICS both in video format and as text articles.

The TV BRICS International Network pays special attention to coverage of the 2022 Olympic Games. Thus, on the eve of the start of the Beijing Winter Olympics, the TV channel launched a series of programmes, "Beijing-2022, Meet Us!", on how Russian athletes are preparing for the Olympics in China. The programmes were produced in cooperation with Renmin Ribao newspaper, TV BRICS' partner in China. The programmes are available on TV BRICS-Russia and on the website.
