TV BRICS to premiere short film Kamla by Egyptian director
TV BRICS International Media Network will premiere the short film Kamla by the Egyptian director Dany Gamal and written by Shady Adel. The screening will take place at 11am on 9 March.
The film deals with the relationship between the personality and society. The main character leads a dialogue with herself and tries to confront social stereotypes. Kamla is a short film about the importance of not losing yourself in trying to be liked by others.
TV BRICS supports auteur filmmakers from the BRICS countries: there was organised an exclusive screening of four Brazilian animated films in Russian and also Indian short films.
