UAE Education Minister assures that artificial intelligence to act as an assistant for teachers
"Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based tutors will assist teachers rather than dominate them," UAE Education Minister Ahmad Belhoul Al Falasi said at the World Summit of Governments in Dubai.
The minister said the country is only using artificial intelligence technology to remove administrative tasks from teachers.
Among other things, the minister said it is important to teach students to use neural networks effectively and responsibly. To this end, the UAE is also developing guidelines for teachers. This is reported by Gulf News.
One of the main benefits of artificial intelligence in education is its ability to personalise learning. AI-based tools can study the strengths and weaknesses of each student in detail and tailor the learning process accordingly.
