UAE University is among leaders in QS World University Rankings by Subject 2024

The university has moved up 163 ranks and is now ranked number one in the UAE and 288 in the world rankings

Abu Dhabi University (ADU) has also significantly improved its position in several narrow areas, showing an increase of 100 places in Business and Management, ranking 151-200 in the world and becoming the leader in the UAE. This is reported by Emirates News Agency (WAM), a partner of TV BRICS.

In addition, the university climbed 50 places in the field of engineering – mechanical, aeronautical and manufacturing, ranking 401-450 globally.

For the first time, ADU entered the rankings in the narrow field of Accounting and Finance, ranking 251-300 in the global ranking and second in the UAE. The university also made its first appearance in the Engineering – Electrical and Electronics Engineering ranking, ranking in the 501-530 range.

Comparison with the 2023 rankings showed increases in both the overall rankings for Engineering and Technology and in the narrow subject areas. Computer Science and Information Systems showed the largest increase in citations.

The engineering sciences – electrical and electronics engineering – also showed significant growth in academic reputation and research network.
