XII BRICS Summit begins online broadcast

This year's BRICS Summit chaired by Vladimir Putin is held online

The leaders of the five countries - Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa will discuss cooperation within the association and prospects for its development, exchange views on current issues of the regional and international agenda.

Within the framework of the meeting, the participants will sum up the results of the Russian chairmanship of the BRICS in 2020 and coordinate positions in connection with the upcoming G20 Summit on November 21-22, the Kremlin website says.

Following the meeting, the leaders of the BRICS countries will record the agreements in the Moscow Summit Declaration and other documents.
