A Chinese cultural fair opened in Moscow to celebrate the Lunar New Year

Hundreds of people gathered in one of Moscow's business centres to wish each other a Happy Chinese New Year. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Russian Federation Zhang Hanhui and Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Olga Lyubimova summed up last year and shared plans for the future. The culmination of the holiday was the opening of the Chinese Cultural Fair, where everyone can take part in a tea ceremony and taste Peking duck.

Our story tells why this dish is traditionally divided into 80 or 88 parts.
