Brazilian Ambassador to Russia Rodrigo de Lima Baena Soares: “We already have important list of achievements within BRICS framework”
Last year, Russia and Brazil celebrated the 195th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
How do the countries interact in the field of education today? What areas of cooperation between the BRICS countries have the greatest potential? And what attracts Brazilians most of all to Russian culture?
