Brazilian president's official state visit to China

Lula da Silva's trip to China was the leader's third official state visit in his new term in office. The four-day visit began with the inauguration of New Development Bank BRICS President Dilma Rousseff. Here the Brazilian leader held his first talks. In Beijing, Lula da Silva met with Xi Jinping. The key topics of all the official meetings were the enhancement of bilateral cooperation and integration processes within BRICS.
