"Dhokra: the heavenly and the earthly in traditional Indian bronze" - exhibition at the State Museum of Oriental Art
Dhokra is a traditional Indian technique of bronze casting using the "lost wax" method, i.e. melted-down models. The exhibits in the current exhibition are form the personal collection of international journalist Sergey Karmalito. He has worked in India since 1978.
