Modernisation of the transport system between Russia and China
Russia and China continue to modernise the transport system. In Moscow a new transport and logistics centre has been presented which is planned to be built on the basis of the port in the city of Jinzhou in the northeast of China. It is oriented, first of all, on Russia and Mongolia. Today, the port's cargo turnover exceeds 100 million tons a year, and with the addition of the logistics centre here, transshipment capacity will expand.
