The president of the International Committee of the Red Cross - Peter Maurer - visited Russia. He came to Moscow specially to take part in the seminar on international rules for military operations. Russia was the host of this seminar for the first time. Peter Maurer met with the correspondent of TV BRICS in Moscow office of the Red Cross to speak about this event and about the work of the organization as a whole.
