Representatives of the academic community and state authorities met at the 5th Forum of University Rectors of Russia and Cuba

The meeting of university leaders from Russia and Cuba was marked by two round dates - the jubilee congress and the 60th anniversary of Fidel Castro's visit to Moscow University. It was from this moment that the history of scientific relations between the two countries began. Today their cooperation includes about a hundred documents on interaction in the educational sphere, expansion of international exchanges, creation of joint laboratories and training centres.

Every year, within the framework of the government quota, Cubans are allocated 100 places to study in Russian universities. Starting this year, not just for bachelor's, speciality and master's students. More details - in our video.
