Russia and Vietnam signed memorandum of cooperation

Russia is ready to supply Vietnam with oil, liquefied natural gas, and refined products. In the future, cooperation will be closer, as the republic is ready to join BRICS as a partner state. The countries intend to cooperate closely in various areas, from education and science to nuclear energy. International cooperation was the basis for numerous documents signed by the heads of government of the two countries at a meeting in Hanoi.
