Russian woman revives ancient Russian dish gingerbread
A gingerbread bakery opened in the small town of Zaraysk near Moscow. It makes sweet pastries, the first mention of which dates back to the 18th century.
This dish used to be highly valued, and the nobility even gave it as a gift on holidays.
