The "White Symphony" classical music festival has started in Omsk. Classical works by Rachmaninoff, Tchaikovsky and other famous composers are on stage. The festival was opened by Chinese conductor Christopher Chen, who in 2018 represented Russia and China at the solemn events of the BRICS-2018 summit.
