Teams of higher educational institutions of the CIS countries competed for the Moscow State University Cup in the chess tournament
The second International Interuniversity Rapid Chess Team Tournament for the Moscow State University Cup was held in Moscow. Teams of higher educational institutions from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan took part in the tournament.
The chess competition lasted for four days. Nine rounds, game time - 25 minutes, plus 10 seconds per move. A live online broadcast was made especially for spectators. But these are not all the features of the tournament. See more in our video.
