The Portuguese Department of the Translation Faculty of the Moscow State Linguistic University celebrates its 60th anniversary

Its graduates are highly qualified specialists, many of whom have gone on to work for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defence, the education system and international cooperation organisations.

The anniversary was attended by ambassadors and dignitaries from Portuguese-speaking countries. The Ambassador of Brazil to Russia, Rodrigo de Lima Baena Soares, noted that the department provides students with the highest level of knowledge supported by serious language practice.
