Pal kozhukattai

Vinusha: «Hi Everyone, I am Vinusha. I am 10 years old; I am the Founder and CBO (Chief Baking Officer) of «Four Seasons Pastry». Today I am going to make Pal kozhukattai, let us Begin.
Let see what the ingredients are to prepare Pal kozhukattai.

  • • One Cup Raw Rice Flour
  • • One Cup Grinded Coconut with 2 pieces of Cardamom
  • • One Cup jaggery
  • • One Glass of Water

Already I prepare kozhukattai Ball, I will tell the procedure for that;

  • - 1 cup Hot water
  • - 1 teaspoon salt
  • - 1 cup of Raw Rice Flour

In a cup of Hot water add one teaspoon of salt for taste. Add this Hot water mixture into the Raw rice Flour to make a dough and shape the dough in a round shape.
Now we have to prepare Jaggery Syrup, its ingredients:
  • - 1 glass of water
  • - 1 cup of jaggery

For that in a stove, I have glass of water to this add One cup jaggery and mix it well. Once the Jaggery Syrup has come to boil add the kozhukattai Ball. It will take 5 minutes to cook, after 5 minutes I am going to add paste of Raw Rice Flour and Water to get the thickness and mix it well.

Finally add the Grinded Coconut and Cardamom for crunchiness of the desert.
