Qigong, or “daoyin” is the ancient Chinese gymnastics. “Qi” is energy, and “gong” is the management of this energy. Preserving good health is the goal of the qigong system. It is achieved through a combination of gymnastic exercises, meditative techniques, and breathing practices.
