What should an entrepreneur know so that he doesn't have to struggle with marketing in their company? - Alexey Tokmakov

Over the last fifteen years, the world image has changed by leaps and bounds. And entrepreneurs have been affected to the fullest extent. When banal customer calls were first replaced by emails and communication via the website, then social media and instant messengers like WhatsApp and Telegram joined in. But this was not the limit either. CRM systems and integrations with them began to appear. Imagine such a multi-armed integration monster, in which Telegram, VK, website, landing page, quiz, telephony, email, logistics company, 1C warehouse, banking and other analytical systems are intertwined. This is the environment in which business operates today.

Looking at all this, you begin to especially appreciate the work of real professionals. Because any entrepreneur will tell you,"Good marketing is sales, no marketer = no sales!"But life is full of surprises, and business is surprises squared. It seems that the entrepreneur had both knowledge and skills yesterday, but today the promotion system has already changed and all your experience has been turned upside down, and lost relevance ... yesterday. So entrepreneurs chase after the science of marketing, stumble, rise and strive to keep up with the times. But... oh, that "but". How? Teach me how... to learn new things and work at the same time, and to move your products and services forward.

So the entrepreneur is plagued by business pains:

1. Some people organise the marketing processes in their own establishments themselves, while generally failing to keep up with anything.

2. Others suffer from a universal personnel shortage, just now an excellent specialist was under your nose, and now they have already been taken away by cunning competitors, and you are again in search.

3. it is hard to find a marketing specialist, and those who are available are only good for dusting chairs, failing to cope even with the company's minimum requirements.

4. And then it all falls down:

· And there are no or few sales;

· And the leads, if any, are not about your honour and not about you at all;

· And sales are not growing;

· And it is not clear where to get applications from right now, and if there are any, they are all off-target;

· Production is not fully loaded, and everyone wants wages.

· It is not clear how to calculate the effectiveness of promotions and events;

· It seems that there is a result, but the competitors are clearly having more fun;

· I don't want to spend a lot on advertising, I want to spend efficiently.

We could go on and on with this list of "entrepreneur's soul-cry", but it's better to suggest a solution.Let's understand what an entrepreneur must realise in order to make marketing work flow like a song, rather than causing a martyr's moan:

1. Think through a system of marketing steps for your business to provide KPIs for the cause.

2. Understand and create a digital integration that fits your needs (e.g. CRM Bitrix.24+Telegram+1C Warehouse and Accountancy+Quick Payment System and a couple of chatbots to help)

3. Ensure transparent reporting

4. Think through how to measure performance in terms of advertising results, in order to choose the most impactful moves and methods to move the business forward.

With this in mind, we at our agency have developed a "Flawless Marketing" system, which consists of the following steps:

1. Development of a marketing strategy.

Elaboration of the stages and goals of business advertising development.

2. Setting up end-to-end analytics with integration into your CRM system.

Creating a unique electronic manager-analyst for reporting on advertising productivity.

3. Implementation of developed plans with a team of experts.

Do you have a plan? Ah, our plan...! Then our experts will teach, show, and lead your firm into a bright planned future.

4. Increasing sales conversion.

If it was implemented, then it's going to work.

5. Work quality control and scaling of the best results.

And about control - you can't go anywhere without control. Without it, the best strategies cannot be tracked, the best ideas cannot be set to flow. So we will control, and, consequently, improve the result.

We tell you more about this system in our  blog
