Rava Laddu
Vinusha Muturamalingam is only 10-year-old, but she is already a pastry chef in her own bakery. In the new program Vinusha will reveal the secrets of making Rava Ladu Indian cakes.
The ingredients:
Keep the pan on stove to make it hot.
Now add 1 tbsp ghee and cashewnuts. Fry it until it become golden brown colour. Transfer in to a bowl. Next fry the dry grapes, until it becomes nice plump and transfer it to a bowl.
In the same pan, add 1 tsp of ghee and roast the rava in low flame and transferred in to large mixing bowl. Now add powdered sugar, fried dry grapes and cashew nuts, mix them well. The remaining ghee is melted, now add it in to the bowl. Mix it well with your hands. Finally add milk.
Take some of the mixture and form a ball. Yummy Rava Laddu is ready. It looks so delicious. Children will love the laddu.

- - 1 and ½ Cup Powdered sugar
- - 3 tbsp Ghee
- - 2 tbsp Milk
- - 15 pieces Dry grapes
- - 10 pieces Cashewnuts
