China Daily announces an important event in China Two Sessions

China Daily, a partner of TV BRICS, announces an important event in China, which is called Two Sessions. The country launches this sessions that attract the attention not only of the Chinese, but also of the rest of the world. Every year in March, Beijing hosts an important political event - sessions of the National People's Congress (NPC) and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).

The National People's Congress considers and approves the report on the implementation of the socio-economic development plan for the previous year and the drafting of the plan for the current year.

Before making final decisions on important issues, the NPC sends those issues to the members of the CPPCC for consultation, discussion and review, after which the results of the political consultations are consolidated in the relevant decisions of the CPPCC.
