Cauliflower Fry

Vinusha, Chief Baking Officer: "Today I am going to make Cauliflower Fry, let us Begin".

Marinate 1 cup of boiled Cauliflower using - 1 cup Curd , ¼ tsp of Turmeric Powder, ½ tsp of Red Chili Powder, ½ tsp of Garam Masala and salt for Taste. Marinate it for 10 minutes.

Procedure

Once the Pan is Hot add some Cumene seeds and 3 Red chillies, fry it well. Now add fined chopped Onions, Chopped Ginger Garlic, One Chopped Green Chillies sauté it well. Next add some curry leaves and one finely chopped Tomato, add pinch of salt so it cooks fast.

Now add Indian Spices tsp of Turmeric Powder, - ¼ tsp of Turmeric Powder, ½ tsp of Red Chili Powder, ½ tsp of Garam Masala and Half chopped Capsicum mix it well.

Finally add Marinated Cauliflower, fry it -Now Cauliflower Fry ready.

Let us transfer into a Plate garnish with coriander.
