The profession of tea taster: how exquisite tea blends are created

International Tea Day is a relatively young holiday that already unites representatives of different nations and cultures around the world.

The TV BRICS film crew met with a professional tea taster, visited a tea ceremony and learnt about the traditions of making yerba mate, a popular drink in the southern regions of Brazil.
