Christian and Muslim worlds of Kasimov
The ancient Kasimov, which stands on the banks of the Oka River, unites two worlds: Christian and Muslim. Tatars and Russians have long lived in the city in good neighbourliness. Mixed marriages are common. Differences in faith, nationality, culture do not play a role: love teaches the locals to speak the same language. The presenter Anatoly Kharitonov will reveal the secret of family happiness of the international couple, learn the recipe of crispy Kasimov delicacy. Visit the Butterfly Museum, which hosts a collection of 10,000 winged beauties.
We would like to thank the Kasimov city administration and the "Typical Kasimov" community for their help in organising the filming.
