Why water is the main element of Rybinsk?

At first glance you realise that water is the main element here. Four-deck cruise liners approach the pier, tugboats-pushers with barges, dry-cargo ships, tankers, speedboats pass by... This is Rybinsk - a city on the Volga. Walking along its ancient streets, presenter Anatoly Kharitonov will believe in a time machine, because all the signs in the centre are made in a pre-revolutionary manner! He will then go to excavate an ancient settlement, find coins that are a thousand years old, and test a miniature ship.
