All Russian Beaches Will Open by June 20
Beaches in Russia will open in the span of the next two weeks. This was announced by the Head of Rostourism Department of Safety of Tourist Projects and Tourism Elena Lysenkova, tvbrics.com reports.
Public and private hotel beaches can begin to work before June 20. They will open according to the decisions of local governors. Each beach will establish its own rules.
Decisions on certain dates depend on a situation in each region. For example, in Krasnodar Krai, beaches in the territories of holiday centers have already opened.
The specialist has urged to visit only official vacation spots. "Being at an unorganized beach rather fatally affects human health much more often than visiting organized ones", she explained.
To recap, WHO called the outbreak of a new coronavirus infection pandemic on March 11. By June 4, over 6 million people have been infected all over the world. In Russia, the number of infections has exceeded 432,000.
Russians were urged to stay at home in the period of epidemic. The access control and face mask control are conducted in many regions, there is a number of restrictions in tourism, services and transport, cafes and restaurants do not work.
