Bolivian President describes BRICS as space with enormous prospects for development

He emphasised the importance of the transition to a multipolar world order

Bolivia considers BRICS as an association that offers vast opportunities for its members in the field of economic and social development. The President of the Republic, Luis Arce, said.

"BRICS is a space that offers great prospects for trade, financial co-operation, economic and social development. It is essential to strive for a multipolar world order"

Luis Arce President of Bolivia

Arce noted that the Latin American state has important agreements with Russia and China, for example, on the issue of lithium. This is reported by teleSUR, a partner of TV BRICS.

Earlier, Russia's Federation Council said that 40 countries are ready to join BRICS. Various states from different regions of the world have at one point or another expressed their desire to join the group. Among them, in addition to Bolivia, are Algeria, Bangladesh, Bahrain, Belarus, Cuba, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Senegal, Thailand, Venezuela, Vietnam and others.
