At the Patrice Lumumba Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, Indian students learnt about the standards of the hotel and restaurant industry. Lecturers focused on promoting the establishment’s brand, working in the lobby and at reception desks, as well as the duties of staff who interact with guests.
