Russia and India signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
It will promote bilateral business cooperation
On 9th February in Russian House, Chennai #russianhousechennai The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Union "Primorsky Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry" and Indo-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry was signed, as reported by Russian Centre for Science and Culture in Chennai.
Mr. O.N.Avdeev, Consul General of the Russian Federation, inaugurated the event with speech about the importance of this big step in Indo-Russian partnership. Consul General mentioned that there are already many great projects between India and Russia. One of the most important of them, Chennai - Vladivostok Maritime Corridor, is going to be re-launched in a short while and will give a big boost to developing economics of both sides: Russian Far East and South India. Mr. O.N.Avdeev expressed confidence that cooperation between the two chambers will be very fruitful and beneficial for the relationship of our countries.
"Signing of The Memorandum of Understanding between two chambers will contribute to the development of bilateral business cooperation in privileged strategic partnership between Russia and India. It will create favorable conditions for trade and economic partnership for businessmen from both countries. As well as it will enhance the export-import potential of the Far Eastern regions of Russia and the states of South India", said the President of Union "Primorsky Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry" B.V. Stupnitsky.
