Artificial intelligence is the ability of computer systems to perform creative tasks. Those that, as it seemed quite recently, only human beings can do. A real breakthrough in this area has been the development of neural networks that teach a computing system to think in the same way as the human brain does. The result of the work of programmers and mathematicians - from voice assistants to smart cars - can be seen in the BRICS countries. Research data promises great changes in the future. Or has it already arrived?

There is a need to develop common rules of the game applicable to all, which would regulate the actions of states and their companies in the digital sphere.
