Energy sector experts from Latin American and Caribbean countries – participants of fellowship in Russia
To study the differences in energy landscapes and develop a plan for sectoral cooperation between the regions – this is why engineers, researchers, and managers from specialised enterprises in Brazil, Colombia, El Salvador, Chile, and Ecuador have arrived in Russia. The programme includes visits to key infrastructure facilities, meetings with leading industry experts, and an introduction to the country’s culture.
