The achievement formed part of preparations for the World Championships in Indonesia

Brazil’s artistic gymnastics team collected five medals at the Szombathely stage of the World Challenge Cup, part of preparations for the World Championships in Indonesia starting 19 October. This is reported by Brasil 247, a partner of TV BRICS.

Flavia Saraiva claimed gold on the balance beam with a score of 13.800, while Julia Soares and 15-year-old Julia Coutinho won silver and bronze respectively in the floor exercise, marking a strong performance for the Brazilian squad.

Caio Souza secured silver on the parallel bars with 14.150, and Ana Luiza Lima earned bronze on the uneven bars the previous day, registering her first international podium finish and rounding out Brazil’s medal tally at the event.
