Iranian tech companies to introduce digital and communication services in Venezuela
The initiative is part of Iran's "Technology Diplomacy" strategy
A joint meeting between deputy ministers of communications from Iran and Venezuela was held in Caracas, with the participation of representatives from eight Iranian companies.
The event aimed to showcase Iran's export capabilities in digital services and foster closer cooperation between the two countries in the field of information and communications technology. This was reported by Mehr News Agency, a partner of TV BRICS.
Held under the banner of Iran’s "Technology Diplomacy" strategy, the session featured an online presentation of the capabilities of Iranian firms specialising in areas such as cloud services, social media platforms, video streaming, digital advertising, and telecom infrastructure.
The talks focused on strengthening technological ties, identifying collaboration opportunities between Iranian companies and Venezuelan telecom operators, and facilitating the entry of Iranian digital services into Latin American markets.
