Niteroi is included in Brazil's tourist map
The city of Niteroi has been certified by the Brazilian Minister of Tourism, Celso Sabino, as part of the Brazilian Tourist Map through the Tourism Regionalisation Programme and government partners
Tourism includes different aspects of sustainable development, such as social, economic, environmental and cultural.
This is another important step in the work of public authorities in favour of tourism in the city. This is reported by Toda Palavra, a partner of TV BRICS.
"The Niteroi administration collaborates with organisations and institutions at the municipal, state and federal levels. An example is the signing of a technical co-operation agreement between the City Council and the Brazilian tourism agency, which is yielding significant results, especially in attracting international tourists. The certificate from the Ministry of Tourism only confirms our work in this direction," said Head of company which operates in public administration in general.
The Municipal Tourism Board was also recognised by the National Secretary for Planning, Sustainability and Competitiveness in Tourism, Milton Sergio Silveira Zuanazzi, as part of the tourism regionalisation programme and its participants.
