My India. Losar festival in Ladakh

India is a land of festivals. The country celebrates a number of festivals which have their roots embedded in ancient culture and history of India. One of them which has its origin from the 15th century Ladakh is Losar festival which is being celebrated in the region with great fervour and enthusiasm every year. However, this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic the festival was kept a low-key affair.
