UAE and Egyptian presidents hold talks in Cairo

President of the United Arab Emirates Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met in Cairo with Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt. During the meeting, the leaders discussed relations between the two countries and ways to enhance cooperation in various sectors. This is reported by Emirates News Agency (WAM), a partner of TV BRICS.

The focus was on development, economy, and investment to fulfil the common interests and aspirations of the peoples for further progress and prosperity. The Presidents reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the close ties between the UAE and Egypt, as well as promoting cooperation in all fields.

The UAE president informed on social networks that both sides “explored opportunities to further strengthen the deep-rooted ties between the UAE and Egypt, and discussed our shared interest in promoting regional stability and progress.”
