Egg Kothu Parotta
Vinusha, Chief Baking Officer: "Today I am going to make Egg Kothu Parotta, let us Begin".
Procedure
Once the Pan is Hot add ½ tsp of Oil, then add 3 chopped onions, add some curry leaves followed by ½ tsp of Ginger and Garlic Paste then add 2 chopped Tomatoes.
Add some salt so it cooks fast, next Indian Masala - ¼ tsp of Turmeric Powder, ½ tsp of Red Chili Powder, ½ tsp of Garam Masala, combine it well.
Add some Coriander leaves, Next add 3 Eggs and mix it well you will get this consistency.
I prepared this Parotta using – 200 grams of All-purpose Flour mixed with salt to taste and water. Then I formed into a Dough and rested it for 30 minutes. Now make the Parotta and cook in the Pan.
Parotta is ready.
I tore the Parotta into small pieces and added Parotta pieces into the Masala, Mix in low flame for the final touch add some Pepper.
Yummy Egg Kothu Parotta is ready.
