From ancestors’ recipe. Russian family produces cucumber jam
Residents of the town of Lukhovitsy, which is 140 kilometres away from Moscow and known as the cucumber capital of Russia, are reviving traditions. Aleksey Bezuglov and Yulia Martynova found a list of ingredients for cucumber jam in a family recipe book, which they inherited. They finalised it and started the production line.
