In 2015, the UN General Assembly adopted 17 Sustainable Development Goals. One of these is to ensure quality education. Russia and Latin America are actively cooperating in this area, as Lucas Adrian Garcia, Vice-President of the Centre for Integration and Cooperation between Russia and Latin America, explained in an exclusive interview at the TV BRICS studio in the Roscongress International Cooperation Area at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
